Maureen Louise Pomeroy, Esq., was born and raised in Massachusetts and is the founder of Pomeroy Law P.C. After careers in the military and as a police officer, she decided to become an attorney. For the last 20 years, she has been diligently representing her business and non-profit clients. After practicing in Boston and New Hampshire, she started Pomeroy Law in 2014 (incorporating in 2017) with the goal of providing individual attention and tailored representation to her clients.
She represents many businesses and non-profits with business startup and entity formation, “in-house” counsel services, business and franchise acquisition and sales, contract drafting, corporate governance, and many other matters that impact businesses or non-profit organizations. Her employment law services include assisting companies and nonprofits with hiring and termination issues, legal compliance, and internal audits of their wage and hour practices.
