Biography

Maureen Pomeroy has devoted her legal practice to diligently representing her business and non-profit clients in a variety of legal matters. Maureen represents individuals and businesses with all legal matters associated with running a business or non-profit entity. She advises her clients on corporate and non-profit formation and continuance, licensing, drafting and reviewing contracts, employment and human resources consulting, and litigation matters. As part of her employment practice, Maureen assists human resources professionals with the myriad of state and federal employment laws.

She is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute, which is a private organization that is not regulated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the State of New Hampshire. Maureen also litigates cases in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire in both the state and federal courts. She also assists clients with state and federal administrative cases, such as the EEOC, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, New Hampshire Human Rights Commission, and Department of Labor.

She graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts, and received her B.A. in Psychology at the University of New Hampshire with presidential honors. She is currently pursuing her M.B.A.
